Visited on August 9th with a group of 6. Unfortunately, a deeply disappointing experience that I wouldn\'t recommend to anyone. The staff were pushy and rushed — constantly pressuring us to order faster and nudging us toward more expensive experiences. Within just 2 hours we ended up spending over 4.3 million IDR for the group. Had we been given a more relaxed 3.5-hour window, the experience would have felt far more natural and enjoyable. The food was served too quickly, with no time to breathe between courses. The music volume was also too high to hold a proper conversation at the table — a real shame when you\'re there with a group. It\'s clear the focus is on maximizing throughput and squeezing the most out of each table, rather than actually giving guests a good time. That approach might boost short-term revenue, but it kills the atmosphere and sends customers away frustrated. A real pity, because the concept has potential. Fix the pacing, lower the music, train staff to be hosts rather than salespeople — and you might have something special. For now: stay away. — A disappointed customer

Very nice place, the atmosphere is chill, the staff is super nice and the food is very good. Must eat there is you are in Canggu

The experience at Shelter is incredible; the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is super friendly, and the food is just exceptional. We went twice, and the second time there was a small incident, but the manager handled it so well that we had an amazing evening anyway. Thanks again—I recommend this place 1000% best place in canggu. Special thanks to the manager : Pak Gede
