Crate Café is walk-in only, so no reservations are accepted. But don't worry, despite the crowds (especially from 8–10 AM), everything is quick and efficient. You can order directly at the cashier and then find your own seat. You usually don't have to wait too long for your food to arrive.
In crowded Canggu, Crate's parking lot is quite decent, especially for motorbikes. There is a secure parking area in front and to the side of the café, but if you bring a car, be prepared to find a spot on the side of the road or walk a little from the nearest area.
Immediately upon arrival, you'll feel the energetic and casual vibe. The staff are friendly, quick, and geared up for a busy crowd. The ordering process is quick and neat, and the food is ready within minutes. Altogether, this is a great experience for those who like a lively atmosphere and don't mind a bit of a crowd.
