Takumi

Third time at Takumi Bali, and somehow it still feels special every time. We come back to Bali every year and Takumi has become one of those places we always want to return to. Chef Daijiro Horikoshi and the team are incredibly welcoming, and the whole experience feels warm, relaxed and very personal. The food was excellent again, beautiful presentation, great flavours and a lot of attention to detail in every dish. Nothing feels overdone, just very refined and beautifully balanced. Service was faultless as well: friendly, discreet and very natural. After three visits, Takumi is definitely one of our favourite Japanese restaurants in Bali. Already looking forward to the next one.

I was really impressed by this place. The sashimi was top-quality and the prawn sushi was delicious—everything tasted extremely fresh. The restaurant itself is beautiful; the interior is very artistic and makes you feel like you are in Japan. Location easy to find, price is reasonable and time serve is fast from food and beverage. No waiting list easy to book. The staff provided warm and good service, and there were plenty of options on the menu. A fantastic dining experience overall.

We celebrated our anniversary at Takumi Bali and the food was exceptional. The service was on another level as well. The food was fresh with great flavours and we wanted to eat all the food on offer. The chef even made the effort to meet us and discuss his menu and restaurant,. Going back again in 2027 for our anniversary to try the other food on the menu. Highly recommend.

I discovered the Takumi restaurant 2 years ago during my first trip to Bali. After 3 memorable moments, I decided to come back this year once landing to Bali again. After a first dinner « à la carte », I decided to try the Omakase menu. This experience was even better than all the previous ones: incredible flavors and mixes of sensations, the privilege to have the Chef Daijiro Horikoshi cooking himself for us at the sushi bar and a service at the top thanks to a wonderful team. A wonderful restaurant I strongly recommend and I would love to have in my own country! Attached the pictures of the menu and the meals in the right sequence.
