An unforgettable evening at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan. This was the night I proposed to my girlfriend at lotus pond area and I couldn\'t have asked for a more beautiful setting or a better experience. I have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and I know how to recognize when someone does their job with genuine passion, dedication, and love. Dandi is exactly that kind of person. He went above and beyond to make this night truly special and unforgettable for us. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect, the food was outstanding, and the gentlemens who served us throughout the evening contributed enormously to the entire experience. Every detail made us feel special, and the warmth and professionalism of the team made this milestone in our lives even more meaningful. An absolutely unforgettable experience at Four Seasons! This wasn\'t just a beautiful dinner for us - it was the night we got engaged! We celebrated this incredibly special moment at the Lotus Pond, and we couldn\'t have imagined a more magical, intimate and romantic setting. The surroundings were breathtaking, the atmosphere was simply beautiful, and every little detail made the evening feel like something out of a dream. But what truly made our experience exceptional was Dandi, who took care of us throughout the evening. He was absolutely wonderful - genuinely warm, kind, thoughtful and incredibly attentive. His professionalism, positive energy and attention to every little detail made us feel so special and well taken care of. He went above and beyond, and we honestly couldn\'t have wished for a better person to be part of such an important moment in our lives. Dandi is a true gem, and Four Seasons is incredibly lucky to have him! The food was fantastic as well. We had the opportunity to try both the Western and Indonesian menus, and while both were beautifully presented and delicious, we personally enjoyed the Western menu a little more. Everything about the evening was perfect, from the service and food to the stunning surroundings and unforgettable atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Four Seasons team, and especially to Dandi, for making the night of our engagement even more memorable. The care here is intangible, but it is felt in the smallest details: from the instant response to any request to the phenomenal ability to anticipate desires. Gastronomic delight: The local cuisine amazes with its taste and variety. The luxurious dinner ordered right onto the veranda was a separate pleasure. The traditional, amazingly prepared Balinese duck (Bebek Betutu), combined with the restaurant\'s presentation and tranquil atmosphere, made this evening unforgettable. Immersion in culture and spirituality Staying here allowed me to come into contact with the amazing worldview of the locals. Their life philosophy is based on total, sincere respect for all living things. They see the divine manifestation in every element of the universe: from majestic ancient palms to tiny ants on the path. This harmony is transmitted to the guests. Personal thanks I would like to express special gratitude to the concierge named Anin. She remained incredibly attentive to me until the very last moment. Her endless, radiant smile and touching attitude turned this trip into a fairy tale. It is exactly such people who create a great brand name.
