⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceeded Our Expectations! Our New Favorite Spot for Pizza and Pasta in Sanur! We had such an amazing experience here tonight! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the delicious food to the outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back! A special shout-out to Arya, who took our order and made our experience even more memorable. His English was excellent, he listened carefully to exactly how we wanted our food prepared, and he made sure he understood every detail of our order. As vegans, we really appreciate a restaurant that is accommodating and willing to customize dishes for us. Arya understood our requests perfectly and made sure everything was just right. His friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care for his customers did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Arya, for making us feel so welcome!😊 Now, the FOOD!!🤤 The pizza was absolutely delicious, and they made it exactly the way we wanted, completely vegan! The Penne Aglio e Olio pasta was hands down one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. I already know I’ll be coming back specifically for that! The fries were also really good, although we were so busy enjoying everything that we forgot to take a picture of them. 😂 Huge kudos to the chef and the kitchen team for preparing such delicious food! You can really taste the care that goes into every dish. The rest of the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles. And to top it all off, they even sang Happy Birthday to my husband and surprised him with a little birthday cake presentation.🎂 It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we genuinely appreciated the effort they made to make his birthday dinner extra special. Thank you so much to Arya, the chef, and the entire team for such a wonderful evening. Great food, excellent service, vegan-friendly options, and such lovely people, what more could we ask for? We will surely be back, and this is officially going to be one of our favorite restaurant in Sanur! Highly, highly recommended, especially for fellow vegans looking for delicious pizza and pasta food and a restaurant that genuinely cares about its customers. 🌱💚

We had the most wonderful experience at Rue! I visited with my mum, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were genuinely some of the kindest, warmest, and most attentive people we’ve ever met. They made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout the entire experience. As someone who looks for gluten-free options, I really appreciated having delicious choices available without compromising on quality or flavour. It’s rare to find a place where the food, service, and overall experience are all equally amazing. Rue is definitely a must-visit in Sanur, and we’ll remember our experience here for a long time. Thank you for making our time together so special! We can’t recommend this place enough. ❤️

We have visited the Rue at five different occasions and every time the food , service, and staff are a five star experience. Anyone in the area should come and experience the good food choices with the outstanding staff.
