A Multisensory Journey Through Local Character and Space The full experience with Locavore Nxt is nothing i have seen before - you get to stay with them overnight in this cosy cabin with so much free stuff from snacks, kombuchas, homemade wine, chocolate and fresh fruits. After settling in I got ready for dinner and wow, the dining experience was so unique and dishes were exquisite. From the moment you step through the doors, it becomes clear that this is not merely a dinner—it is an immersion into the landscape surrounding you. The restaurant’s devotion to hyper locality is really the wow factor of every course, drink, and sensory touchpoint. The heart of the restaurant beats within its dedicated kitchen labs-a series of visible hubs that does in-house fermentation, mushroom cultivation and beverage making, and yes they do tons of in house alcohol and creative non alcohol beverages. Virtually every element on the plate / glass is crafted from scratch on-site, how cool is that?! The progressive structure of the meal elevates the evening into a living narrative. Rather than remaining seated at a single table, the experience leads you through distinct environments within the space - from basement to rooftop. Flavor-wise, every single bite is an explosion on the palate. Balanced and sometimes intense umami, but the undeniable signature of the evening for me is the subtle, breathtaking integration of flowers like Jasmine, i just enjoyed this so much. Far from feeling perfumed or overpowering, these floral elements lend a light, lifted dimension that linger long after each bite. As for the service, my gosh the crew went above and beyond to accomodate my small requests like a late check out and a free scoby as am sucker for Kombucha :) For anyone seeking a meal that pushes the boundaries of hyper-regional sourcing, spatial storytelling, and bold flavor design, this is an unforgettable triumph of modern dining. Best dining experince (plus more) so far for this year for sure.

As a private guide , i am waiting for my guest , i am very dissapointed , waiting area for guide or driver is un acceptable for such a nice upper class restaurant dining , Some of us can actually afford to have dinner here, i can afford it ! , i was using the coffee waiting area to sit for about 10 minutes, as i was trying to locate restroom , after using the restroom , i actually sat down at your coffee area 10 minutes or so I understand the privacy not to disturb guest , as you can see the area was empty , i was just taking a few minutes sitting down and security ask me to leave. This is hillarious , as i am a human being , got the right just to sit there for a minute or 2 Your waiting area for guide is also unacceptable I am just saying - you should not treat people like that , well it happen, and the word will spread around Such a shame as the place is nice but the treat to driver while waiting just for 10 minutes in the area was forbidden I can afford it - i just dont like the way you treat a guide Everybody is a human being - you should treat all with equal respect - otherwise its useless to open this restaurant ! This google review will stay and people will prove it them self Fix the management please 🙏 TREAT ALL EQUALLY

One of the best culinary experience I ever had ! Everything was perfect, from the food to drinks, service, atmosphere and location. The amount of passion behind this place it’s amazing! Pretty rare to find places like this one today’s. Really great job guys, keep pushing and be really proud of what you let experience to the guests! See you really soon!

We had a fantastic experience at Locavore NXT. I can only compare it to 3-Michelin star restaurants around the world, but the atmosphere is much more down-to-Earth, hidden in a beautiful, lush green place. This place has a soul and will show you the real taste of Bali and the area in an artful way. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team and respect for your expertise, enthusiasm and devotion!💚
