Trained in Japan and Asia, the chefs at Ji Restaurant by the Sea have collaborated to create a dynamic menu. Chef Nyoman Antara and Chef Colin Buchan led the team in this endeavour; the former sushi expert trained under Japanese chef Yoshihito Kobayashi for 15 years, the latter having gained experience in numerous renowned hotels and restaurants across the globe. They have worked in restaurants like Pollen in Singapore and Marco Pierre White’s L’Escargot in London. They also spent a long time working in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and even worked as chefs for David and Victoria Beckham. Chef Nyoman’s traditional flavours are combined with Chef Colin’s diverse and playful cooking techniques.

Ji Terrace by the Sea serves cocktails of top-notch spirits and Asian-inspired flavours. Both the taste and appearance are wonderful.
